Job Overview

TriTalentSolutions is representing a confidential industrial organization seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support process optimization, production efficiency, and operational scalability within a high-performance manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in hands-on settings and have experience improving production workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The selected candidate will play a key role in bridging engineering design with manufacturing execution while collaborating closely with production, quality, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and output

• Support production line improvements and process standardization initiatives

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve manufacturing challenges

• Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures

• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective engineering solutions

• Support new product introduction (NPI) from an engineering and process perspective

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement strategies

• Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality, safety, and operational standards

• Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders on process enhancements

• Support cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering environments

• Strong understanding of production workflows and process optimization

• Experience working in fast-paced industrial or manufacturing settings

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing or industrial production environments

• Exposure to automation, production scaling, or operational engineering

• Familiarity with quality systems and compliance standards

• Experience supporting process validation and production launches
