Job Overview

TriTalentSolutions is representing a confidential engineering-driven organization seeking a Mechanical Engineer with strong product development experience to support design, validation, and lifecycle execution of technical products. Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end product development from concept, design, validation, and release

  • Develop and refine mechanical designs based on technical and functional requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and program management

  • Create and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, and design revisions

  • Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and engineering change processes

  • Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective engineering actions

  • Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders on component development

  • Assist with prototype development, testing, and validation activities

  • Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability standards

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering process

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field

  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, product development, or design engineering

  • Proven experience working in engineering-driven or manufacturing environments

  • Strong understanding of engineering design principles and product lifecycle processes

  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional technical teams

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Effective communication and documentation skills in a technical setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product-focused industries such as manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or technology

  • Exposure to design validation, testing, and engineering change management

  • Familiarity with regulated or quality-driven engineering environments

  • Experience supporting prototype development and product launch cycles

  • Prior involvement in cross-functional engineering program execution

Technical Skills & Tools (Editable Based on Client Needs)

  • CAD Software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, or similar)

  • PLM Systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, or equivalent)

  • Engineering documentation and revision control tools

  • Product lifecycle and design validation methodologies

  • Root cause analysis and problem-solving frameworks
