Job Overview

TriTalentSolutions is conducting a confidential search for a Systems Engineer to support complex technical programs involving system integration, requirements management, and cross-functional coordination. This role is suited for professionals experienced in structured engineering environments where system-level thinking and technical alignment are critical.

The ideal candidate will have experience working across multidisciplinary teams and managing system requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, manage, and track system requirements across technical programs

  • Support system architecture alignment and technical integration efforts

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and program teams on deliverables

  • Participate in design reviews and technical planning sessions

  • Ensure system-level documentation and traceability are maintained

  • Support verification and validation processes

  • Identify technical risks and support mitigation strategies

  • Coordinate cross-functional technical activities and dependencies

  • Assist in lifecycle management from concept through implementation

  • Maintain structured reporting on system performance and milestones

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field

  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or technical program environments

  • Strong understanding of systems integration and lifecycle processes

  • Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams

  • Strong documentation, analytical, and technical communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in complex technical industries (automotive, aerospace, robotics, or technology)

  • Familiarity with requirements management tools and frameworks

  • Exposure to product development lifecycle and structured engineering programs

  • Experience supporting large-scale technical systems or platforms

Technical Skills & Tools (Editable)

  • Requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, or similar)

  • Systems documentation and traceability tools
